This year we will have twelve gardens opening! A real mixture - different styles, sizes and types. The gardens are all close the the centre of Eccleshall. If you are traveling to Eccleshall by car, there is a Pay and Display CarPark at the rear of the Co-Op on the Stone Road. In 2024 over 500 visitors attended the event, come rain or shine you will have a wonderful day out in Eccleshall. Visit the gardens, have a morning coffee or afternoon tea in the garden of Ashcroft (1, Stafford Road), and perhaps visit one of the pubs or restaurants for lunch. You can even spread your visit over two days as your £5.00 Programme is valid for both days. You would be fortunate to be able to visit just one garden for five pounds these days, so to be able to visit twelve for that price is exceptional value!
This year Eccleshall Open Gardens is at the start of Eccleshall Arts Festival Week, and we have live music in the garden of the Old Vicarage on the afternoon of Sunday 22nd June. A Staffordshire Marquetry and Eccleshall Crochet exhibiting their work in one of the gardens.
Look out for the Arts Week 'Eagles' in four of the gardens!
Entry is only open to those who have purchased an Open Gardens Programme from the Library on 21st or 22nd June or in advance from Spencers The Jeweller on the High Street
We look forward to welcoming you...Come rain or shine you will have an amazing day out!
